Brief
Design an interactive and engaging mobile app for an online coaching institute to help students prepare for competitive exams.
Problem
The pandemic forced students to study online but most traditional coaching institutes do not have a strong online presence
Research
Based on initial secondary research a target user persona was decided, according to which a group of 11 candidates was chosen. Based on their inputs I created a user journey map and empathy map. Apart from this i also did competitor analysis to get a better understanding of the market.

Ideation
I started by doing a MoSCoW analysis based on the insights from the research. Once I knew what all features the app should have I conducted a card sorting exercise with 3 of the 11 candidates which helped me form the Information architecture and further on to create wireframes.

Branding
By creating a modern logo, selecting a vibrant colour palette, and crafting a consistent visual style, I tried to make the brand stand out and resonate with the target audience.
